In her new role, Enrike will be responsible for the further growth of Blue Ocean Staffing Services. This includes not only the growth of the existing label portfolio but also targeted autonomous growth and expansion through possible acquisitions. Enrike will closely collaborate with the current management of the labels for this purpose.Over the past five years, as director and CEO of HappyNurse, Enrike has significantly grown and developed the organization. Blue Ocean Staffing Services is also ready for further development and growth. "As an ambitious and entrepreneurial organization, we are making significant strides, so we were looking for someone who can steer our strong growth ambitions in the right direction. We found that person in Enrike," says Roy Daemen, director and main shareholder of Blue Ocean Staffing Services. "Not only because of the experience she brings after having worked in the staffing and flex work industry for many years but also because of her entrepreneurial character and energetic personality, she is a suitable leader for our organization. Additionally, she brings a lot of enthusiasm and decisiveness, which gives me the confidence that we can further develop and grow significantly with her. With Enrike's arrival, we bid farewell to Jeroen Tijink, who has been responsible as CEO for part of the group in recent years. I am enormously grateful to Jeroen for his contribution to the group and wish him all the best for the future."
Enrike was ready for a new challenge when she came in contact with Blue Ocean Staffing Services and specifically sought an organization with entrepreneurship and growth potential. "After conversations with Roy, the Advisory Board, and other colleagues, I was convinced that this would be my next step. It is an ambitious organization with great companies; both the director and the Advisory Board showed a bold attitude and a desire to further grow. I am excited to join a company with an established name in themarket and so much ambition. The label directors I have spoken to are all enthusiastic professionals with a great drive for further growth. It feels like a welcoming environment where I have all the space I need; I feel extremely welcome."
"With Techsharks, the group originated in 2002," says Roy Daemen. "To be the best employer for technical specialists in the manufacturing and process industries. Later, the labels Orcatech, for the temporary deployment of smart tech engineers, and Special Ops, for the temporary deployment of freelance mechanics in the process industry, were added. The beating heart of the group is in Eindhoven, and the ambition is to further spread this throughout the Netherlands with branches in cities like Breda, Amsterdam, and Rotterdam. The group expanded in 2022 with a new label called iSprout. The iSprout label focuses on engineers and finance professionals from South Africa who work for Dutch clients, both in the Netherlands and remotely in South Africa. In 2023, the Baanbreed label joined the group. This staffing agency has extensive regional and local labor market knowledge and is based in Eindhoven.
The vision of recent years to be the best in a niche segment has led the group to where Blue Ocean Staffing Services stands now. Enrike, along with the CFO Pieter Verhaeg, who started at the end of 2023, and the label directors, will work together to develop and implement the growth strategy for the coming years. The Advisory Board, which includes Roy Daemen, has extensive experience in all crucial aspects. Rob Geene has significant mergers & acquisition and finance expertise as a successful entrepreneur after a career at ABN AMRO. Monique Noomen-Greve has 25 years of experience with Eiffel and has achieved successful growth as a CEO. Finally, Jan Albers brings a wealth of managerial experience as well as entrepreneurship (including with KNVB/PSV/KNHB, Gamma Holding and Royal Ten Cate).
In her previous roles and years of experience in the secondment and flex work industry (staffing, freelance mediation, and secondment), Enrike has proven to be a driving force behind growth and success through innovation. She transformed HappyNurse into a tech & touch service provider and achieved a strong market position. Enrike greatly values long- term relationships and high-quality service. Starting as an intermediary at Randstad in 2001, she learned that a consistent market approach and embracing both candidates and clients are the essence of the profession. In May 2024, she embarks on her second CEO role. As a member of SER-Topvrouwen, she also enjoys helping other women achieve their ambitions. For more information: https://blueoceanstaffing.nl
