Our iSprouters were able to spend Nelson Mandela Day in 2024 with the Isibindi initiative where they were able to uplift this community where orphaned and disadvantaged youth receive care and a haven. Our team was further able to donate 12 school uniforms to support the children to stay in school.

In a deeply rural area on the Wild Coast of South Africa, povery is still very real. Many mothers are unable to support their children due to being young, living far away to seek work, or having passed away. Without school uniforms, some children are unable to attend school, denying them the opportunity for a better future. In partnership with the Layita Foundation, we were able to donate 25 school uniforms making dreams come true.

We also believe in giving back to the local community. On Nelson Mandela Day 2024, we joined local old age homes in the Netherlands for a day of volunteering and connection. Together with the elderly, we cooked meals and shared meaningful conversations.
