The culture of South African professionals is different compared to Dutch culture, integrating the two is sometimes a challenge, but more often brings valuable new insights.
The cultural differences make our Dutch team more aware and understanding that we are very fortunate. The servicing and kind nature of the people in South Africa makes very easy to integrate the team into the Dutch practice.
