- Design and execute B2B marketing campaigns to build partnerships and attract corporate clients.
- Develop high-impact content to support and establish thought leadership in our field.
- Oversee mass marketing efforts, including lead generation and digital advertising.
- Plan and strategize events and campaigns to engage existing clients.
Brand Development
- Shape iSprout’s brand narrative and collaborate with the Graphic Designer to visualize the brand.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Events Coordinator to align strategic goals with operational efforts.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Leadership and Growth
- Support the People & Culture team by aligning marketing efforts with talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Lay the groundwork for scaling the marketing function, including building a team and optimizing processes.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, clients, and consultants as needed.
