- Implement social media strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook, with a consistent posting schedule.
- Manage paid campaigns to drive engagement and reach target audiences.
- Monitor social media performance through analytics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Content Creation and Collaboration
- Create visually appealing, SEO-optimized content using tools like Canva, Lightroom, and Capcut.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with recruitment and business needs.
- Collaborate with the team (including Graphic Designer,Business Units and manager)to align marketing
efforts and with overarching strategies.
Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan and execute monthly social events in the Netherlands and monthly events in South Africa.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, guest lists, and post-event feedback.
- Brainstorm unique event ideas to foster community engagement.
Community and Team Support
- Assist in creating materials for onboarding and internal communications.
- Support the People & Culture team with initiatives that continuously improves the employee experience.
