About The Position

By challenging and analyzing the existing recruitment and talent sourcing strategy of new potential clients, you position iSprout’s unique USP’s. You engage multi-level and also position yourself as a Thought Leader in this field. You are a creative mind, work according to a plan and are able to get to concrete results. You actively follow the news in certain key markets and use this in your communication and outreach. You will also closely liaise with the leading universities and candidates in South Africa and will be supported by a team of passionate people. Passionate about the opportunities, South Africa’s talent pool and the mission and purpose of iSprout! You will be a sounding board for commercial strategy and you realize that this opportunity is not “set in stone” but offers the possibility to mold the vacancy in its best shape and form. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strong client relationships, generating new business and connecting with potential candidates and you will be the central point of contact between iSprout and all stakeholders. This role includes:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management / sales
• A winners mentality and a strong sense of responsibility
• The will to grow strategically and qualitatively in line with iSprout
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
• Proactive, flexible and a team player
• Self-reflective with a willingness to challenge and improve oneself

Responsibilities

• Generating new business and expanding existing client relationships
• Matching professionals based on both hard and soft skills
• Managing a team of professionals and supporting their growth and development
• Contributing to iSprout’s growth ambition in the Finance sector
