• A Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a development and engineering organization, as well as experience in leading design teams.

• Translating performance specifications into design specifications for main frame constructions and service mechanisms, or for electrical systems, from power distribution to control systems.
• Creating and validating new concepts.
• Preparing planning for modules and sub-modules.
• Optimizing design with a team of designers.
• Liaising with suppliers for design and drawing reviews on manufacturability.
• Defining and executing final tests to verify specifications.
• Cooperating on module integration into complex systems.
